Overview: This is a motion piece I have created for the YouTube channel called Laugh Out Loud Network created by the famous comedian Kevin Hart. The objective was to create a unique opener for the channel to engage the viewers within the first 3 seconds of each video.

Design Process
First I've recreated the logo in Adobe illustrator to create layers for the motion aspect of the project. I've kept the color and style of the logo the same to keep the brand's identity.
The next was to create a storyboard. I have come up with different ideas, but I decided to focus on the concept I see as fitting. After receiving some feedback from my peers, I came up with a solid opener for the YouTube channel. My goal was to incorporate the channel's content, which is predominately sports activities and having athletes on the shows. I thought of having a white circle, in the beginning, to portray it as a baseball after it has been hit. Then have it shrink and fly over to the right side of the composition like someone is shooting a basketball.
After coming up with the storyboard, I have transitioned over to Adobe AfterEffects to move on to the process's motion portion. To give the movement more of a dramatic effect, I've added the motion blur effect.
